Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms :
Booking Confirmation: To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit or 50% of the total rental cost, whichever is greater, is required at the time of booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date of the rental items.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required for certain rental items. This deposit will be refunded in full within 3 days after the return of all rented items, provided they are in the same condition as when they were rented.
Cancellation Policy :
For any customized requirements : Once a booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellation allowed. If, for any reason, cancellation is required by the client, cancellation charges will be 100% of the total amount of booked items.
Cancellations Made 7 Days or More in Advance: If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery or pickup date, you will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations Made Less than 7 in Advance: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will not be eligible for any refund.
Cancellation Due to Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, Athoor Furniture Rentals may cancel the reservation without penalty. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.
Change of Event Date :
If you need to reschedule your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate the change based on our availability. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if it results in a change to the originally agreed-upon rental period.
No Show Policy :
If you fail to be present at the scheduled delivery or pickup time without prior notice, no refunds will be issued, and the full rental cost will be charged.
Refund Processing :
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within maximum 3 working days of the cancellation request and will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Terms and Conditions for Renting :
Security of Rental Items: The client is responsible for ensuring the security of all rental items while they are on-site.
Condition of Rental Items: Rental items should be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. In the event of any damages, charges for repair will be the responsibility of the client.
Late Return: Late return of rental items, unless previously agreed upon, will incur hire charges at the same rate as the original hire rate.
Permits & Access: Any permits required for the event shall be taken care of by the client. All thecrew and vehicle passess to access site and any/all costs pertaining to obtaining them will be taken care by client.
Power Supply: Power supply for equipment like coolers,generators etc should be taken care of by the client. Wiring or extension reels provided by us will be a maximum of 20 meters.
Photography/Videography: Athoor rentals reserves the right to use photographs and videos from the setup and event for social media posts and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by the client.
Insurance: The client is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for rental items up to their replacement value.
