1. WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF RENTAL?

Rental rates are for one day event. We allow (dry-hire) picking up of the items before the day of the event or delivering the items the day before the event.

 

2. IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Upon reservation of the rental items, we require a refundable deposit of 50% + 50% advance payment upon confirmation and 50% balance payment will be required upon delivery/dry-hire. Please note that deposit will be non-refundable if items that are returned has damages and scratches.

 

3. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES?

Yes, as long as the requested item is not customized. Customized items cannot be replaced with new item.

 

4. WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You may cancel without penalty up to 3 business days prior to delivery. Cancellation will be charged at full price within one business day. However, full payment will be charged to the client if the item is customized. 

 

5. WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR THE DELIVERY?

Delivery fees may vary depending on the location, quantity of the items, difficulty of the delivery (distance of car parking to the event venue, multiple levels, elevator access and etc)

 

6. WHAT TIME WILL MY RENTALS ARRIVE?

We will follow the delivery schedule that client mentioned to us. However, late amendments to the existing order and other unexpected events such as bad weather and traffic can cause delays.

 

7. CAN YOU SETUP AND TAKE-DOWN THE FURNITURE?

Installation and removal services are available at an additional charge and should be arrange in advance before confirmation of the rental items.

 

8. WHAT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY WHEN I RETURN MY RENTALS?

Furniture/ Furniture Covers must be returned in good condition. Scratches, damages and missing items will be charged to the client.

Security of the rental items will be your responsibility. Items must be protected from weather related damage and theft while in your possession.

Late Fees: Items need to be returned after the event day. Late fees are 50% of the overall costs of the items per day. Extra days may be arranged at the earliest.
