Can you build furniture to a client’s specific concept?
Absolutely. If you have a design direction, a mood board, or even just a rough idea, we can work from it. Our carpentry, metalwork, and upholstery teams bring bespoke briefs to life with precision and care.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. If you need support developing the concept itself, our team can assist. Design services are available
at an additional charge and are best discussed at the start of the project so we can scope them properly.
How long does customisation take?
Lead time depends on the complexity, quantity, and value of the order. As a general rule, the more bespoke the brief, the more time we need to do it properly. Production begins only once an advance payment has been received, so we recommend initiating the process as early as possible.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Yes. Share your budget and your brief, and we’ll design the best possible solution within it. We are transparent about what is achievable and will never overpromise.
